Social Justice Book Study

Every year the NASP Social Justice Committee selects a book and provides resources for a National Book Read. This year the book selected is Green Card Youth Voices: Immigration Stories from Chicago High Schools.

Several NCSPA members have responded indicating an interest in participating in this book study and this group has decided that we will meet on Mondays from 6:00 pm to approximately 7:00 starting April 13th for 5 to 6 weeks.

You are still welcome to join in the discussion if you are interested in better understanding the experiences of the immigrant children in your schools.  You also earn 1 entry for each book study discussion you participate in.

Contact Lori Unruh at [email protected] for more information.
